Data collection - page  revamp

Project overview

From our analytics, we knew that the data collection page is one of the most used pages in Because.eco. Every customer uses it for data reporting. However, even though Because features have grown in the last few years with the addition of larger frameworks added to the hub, streamlining of questions from other frameworks, AI suggestions, weak links, and other valuable features, they are all being added to a page that is not scalable.

Tasks & actions

For this project, I need to map out the objects on the page to have an overview of which features are still important for our users and which are not. I also researched which new features need to be added and what kind of hierarchy is needed.
  • Enhance Navigation and Information Architecture
  • Increase visibility of primary CTAs and carefully select secondary actions
  • Provide clearer overview of completed questions
The exploration phase was conducted through low-fidelity wireframing, which allowed for easy iterations on the go. After that phase, I began developing a high-fidelity vision that focused on the most important screens.

Result

The vision work presented a futuristic view of our data collection, helping the company decide which direction to take with the data collection page in the future. While it's difficult to quantify the KPIs of this project in metrics, it helped internal stakeholders visualize a clear path forward for the page.
